Unplanning my planning
Starting this new phase of not over-planning my meals, so here we go!
Sauteed tofu (threw on some spices- cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper) and added BBQ sauce.

And sharing this- because I came home from a coffee shop meet up earlier today and it was FREEZING out, so tea and cake felt appropriate (it’s a vegan Victoria sponge- super good, but my English grandmother’s cake will never be surpassed).
