More Peaceful Kitchen to ease into a more peaceful week

I cooked out of our Peaceful Kitchen cookbook (by Catherine Perez) again this past week and it was exactly what I needed. I have been feeling so much overwhelm over the past couple of weeks- extra after-hours shifts at my job (stressful ones as well) and a constant barrage of work tasks for the rest of the week. As soon as I got one thing done, another 3 got added, and there was also work communication that rubbed me the wrong way. This past week, it was all just so triggering.

Which is why cooking out Peaceful Kitchen this week felt so needed and comforting. It was definitely a part of my self-care this week, shifting from my desk into the kitchen.
